Validation is one of the most important steps before implementation. For the first time your future clients hear about your business idea. You generate structured feedback that either confirms the planned business model or is the basis for its further development and possibly a pivot. Here, we are either your sparring partners to ensure meaningful validation results (option a) or we take action ourselves (option b) and go into direct contact with the target customers.

In a customised process, we develop the appropriate business architecture for the realisation of your business model, which we document in the form of an integrated business and financial plan adapted to the respective financial strategy. Here, your meaningful pitch in presence, online and on the phone in variable length is also of decisive importance.
If desired, we can also accompany you in negotiations with banks and/or investors and evaluate the resulting offers together with you.
