Markus has been a start-up coach and co-founder of start-ups in various verticals such as renewables, IT and consulting since 2004. He has advised and accompanied over 500 startups. He sees himself less as a consultant and coach and more as a temporary co-founder. Strategic thinking, a good feeling for people and their needs and his ability to inspire others with new ideas characterise him.

Barry is a technology founder himself. He has traded in his long and very successful career as a top executive in medical technology for his technology startup Vioonic.
